He allowed just three hits, one run, and one walk and recorded a career-high 12 strikeouts in the game. The 12 strikeouts were the most by a Tiger pitcher since 2001. Georgia entered the week 10th in the nation in scoring along with its number one national ranking in the polls. During one stretch of the game, Sarratt retired 17 batters in a row. He was named ACC Pitcher of the Week for the performance.
