Ask who is the most spirited player on the Comets training camp roster and the choice is unanimous. The nod goes to rookie guard Itoro Umoh-Coleman. After a prolific college career at Clemson University, the vocal 5-7 guard has overcome both disappointment and tragedy and somehow managed to become a successful assistant coach at her alma mater. But by following her heart and giving her WNBA dream one more try, the Georgia native has made her way to Houston and now finds herself on the brink of playing alongside superstars Sheryl Swoopes, Tina Thompson and Cynthia Cooper for an entire season.
