Two More Records Fall For Clemson Men

AUBURN, Al.– Members of the Clemson University Men’s swimming team continued their record breaking ways at the James E .Martin Invite at Auburn University on Sunday. Sophomore Eric Bruck led off the 200 freestyle relay with a new school record in the 50 yard freestyle, lowering his previous mark by four-hundredths of a second to 19.52 seconds. He joined with juniors Chris Dart, Chris Reinke, and Seth Broster to lower their previous school record in the 200 freestyle relay of 1:18.90 to a new mark of 1:18.12. This new team record currently places the relay in 11th place in the nation. The Tiger swimmers and coaches will now anxiously await the NCAA invitation list, which will be released at the beginning of this week.
