Top-10 Tigers For Seventh Straight Week

CLEMSON, S.C. – Clemson jumped into the USA Today Baseball Weekly top-five at #5 this week after going 4-1 last week. The Tigers only loss came in 12 innings at #1 South Carolina. Clemson improved two spots in the Baseball America poll to #7 and stayed put at #7 in the Collegiate Baseball poll. The top-10 rankings mean that Clemson has been ranked in the top 10 in all three polls for seven staight weeks and ranked in the top 10 in at least one poll for 10 consecutive weeks. Five ACC teams are ranked in the top-16 in the USA Today Baseball Weekly poll, led by Florida State at #2. South Carolina is ranked #1 in all three polls for the second straight week. Arizona State and Stanford are #3 and #4 respectively, in all three polls as well.
