Times set for Clemson’s NCAA Men’s Tennis Match

Clemson, SC — Times have been set for Clemson’s Men’s Tennis Match in the first round of the NCAA Tournament to be held Saturday in Athens GA.

Clemson will play Northwestern on Saturday, May 14 at 10:00 a.m. at the Henry Feild Tennis Center on the University of Georgia’s Campus. The second match of the day will have Georgia playing Winthrop at 1:00 p.m.

The two winners will play on Sunday, May 15, at 2:00 p.m. in Athens, GA.

Clemson has a 24-10 record this season and has been ranked as high as 14th this year.

Clemson will be making its 22nd appearance in the NCAA Tournament since the Tournament went to a dual match format in 1977.

In the 21 previous appears the Tiger’s have a 14-20 overall record. Clemson has reached the Final Sixteen 12 times, and the Final Eight seven times including 2004.
