Tigers to Participate in ITA Men?s All-American Sept. 27-Oct. 6

CLEMSON, S.C. – Eight Clemson men’s tennis players travel to Tulsa, Okla. this weekend to play in the prestigious 2014 Saint Francis Health System ITA Men’s All-American Championships. The tournament officially gets underway on Saturday, Sept. 27 and culminates on Monday, Oct. 6.

Senior Hunter Harrington, ranked 30th nationally in the ITA’s preseason singles poll, opens play in the Main Draw Singles competition on Thursday, Oct. 2. Seven Tigers – senior Alejandro Augusto, juniors Austin Ansari and Luke Johnson and sophomores Christian Harris, Brent Lett, Daffra Sanon and Daniel Strawn – are set to begin play in the Prequalifying Singles bracket on Saturday.

The Tigers 24th-ranked doubles team of Harrington and Augusto is part of the Qualifying Doubles draw which begins Monday.
