CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson Tigers are set to host Alabama State and No. 3 Virginia in a Thursday doubleheader at the Duckworth Family Tennis Facility. The match against the Hornets is set for 12 p.m. and the match against the Cavaliers is slated for 5 p.m., both matches will be streamed on TrackTennis.
The Tigers are coming off a massive 4-0 sweep over Louisville as Clemson clinched the doubles point and Noa Vukadin, Marko Mesarovic and Max Smith all secured singles wins for the Tigers.
In the rankings, the doubles duo of Vukadin and Smith is currently ranked No. 89 in the nation while freshman Wissam Abderrahman (No. 95) and Ryuhei Azuma (No. 104) are ranked in singles.
Alabama State is coming off a recent 3-4 loss to Mercer and Virginia is coming off a recent 7-0 sweep over Boston College.
