CLEMSON, S.C. – The NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country Committee announced the participants for the 2019 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships preliminary competitions. Among those that qualified, Clemson combined for 28 entries between the men’s and women’s programs, including all four relay teams.
The preliminary competitions are scheduled for May 23-25. The University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida will host the East Preliminary and California State University, Sacramento in Sacramento, California will host the West Preliminary. Twenty-four qualifiers in each event – 12 from both regions – will compete at the 2019 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships held June 5-8 in Austin, Texas.
