CLEMSON, S.C. – Clemson (3-1-3) will begin conference play at home this Thursday, Sept. 11, facing No. 3 Stanford (6-1-0). The military/first responders appreciation match will kick off at 6 p.m. Fans can attend all home matches at Historic Riggs Field for free. The match can be streamed on ACC Network, and real-time stats will be available at ClemsonTigers.com.

 

This Season’s Quick Kicks

  • Last time out, the Tigers tied (then) No. 15 Georgia, 1-1.
  • Juju Harris scored her fourth career goal in the seventh minute, giving the Tigers an early 1-0 lead.
  • Harris, who has started all seven matches for Clemson, is dishing out a stellar freshman campaign, leading the team in goals, points (nine) and is tied for the most shots with 17.
  • Of Harris’ four goals this season, three have come before the 10-minute mark with her earliest goal happening against Ohio University (04:45).
  • In the nation, Harris is tied for the sixth-most game-winning goals, having three.
  • Stanford will be the fifth top 20 opponent that Clemson has already faced this season, having a record of 0-1-3 in that category.
  • Based on the current rankings (as of Sept. 9, 2025), the Tigers are looking ahead at five more top 25 teams (No. 3 Stanford, No. 5 Virginia, No. 6 Notre Dame, No. 18 Wake Forest and No. 2 Duke).
  • Harris, Lyles, Neely Kerr, Mackenzie Duff and Addy Holgorsen have started every match this season.
  • Those five along with Emily Brough, Anna Castenfelt, Tatum Short, Natalie Brooks, Jolie Jenkins, Christian Brathwaite, Carla Small and Reese Klein have played in every match this season.
  • Goalkeepers Nona Reason and Holgorsen continue to split halves in goal, having done so for three straight matches now.
  • Throughout that span, Reason tallied four saves and zero goals allowed through 135 minutes.
