CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson men’s tennis team excelled in the classroom this semester as four made the President’s List (4.00 semester GPA), six students made the Dean’s List (3.50-3.99 semester GPA) and every athlete made the Honor Roll and cemented at least a 3.00 semester GPA. This marks the second highest team GPA in recent history and the highest team GPA in the athletic department this semester.
“What an amazing accomplishment for our student athletes,” says Head Coach Robbie Weiss. “To have the highest GPA of any sports program here at Clemson and the second highest team GPA in recent history is something to be incredibly proud of. The boys definitely put in the work both in the classroom and on the court, and I feel blessed to be around such an amazing group of guys.”
Clemson men’s tennis will kickstart the spring season on January 15 at Duckworth Family Tennis Center taking on Furman at noon.
