Clemson Notes: 

  • The Clemson men’s tennis team heads to Virginia for two ACC road matches this weekend, facing No. 5 Virginia on Friday, March 22 at 2:30 p.m. in Charlottesville and Virginia Tech on Sunday, March 24 at 1 p.m. in Blacksburg.
  • The Tigers are coming off a 4-0 loss to seventh-ranked North Carolina on March 19 at the Duckworth Family Tennis Facility. Clemson’s No. 3 doubles team of junior Carlos Kelaidis and sophomore Yizhou Liu picked up a 6-2 win over the Tar Heels.
  • Junior Pierre-Louis Dodens leads the team in dual singles wins with nine, to go along with a 9-5 record. Dodens has played primarily at the No. 4 and No. 5 singles positions.
  • Dodens and freshman Jacob Jahn have a 7-3 record in dual doubles matches to lead the Tigers in that category.
