On Tuesday, October 27, Mairi Trimboli and Kelly Murphy of the Clemson rowing team traveled to Starr Elementary to present one component of Clemson athletics’ character education program: the Be a T.I.G.E.R! Assembly. During the assembly, the athletes promoted good character through activities, games and stories that taught the students about teamwork, integrity, gratitude, education and respect. Over 400 students attended the assembly.
