Steffes, Scott Share ACC Player Of The Week Honors

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Clemson’s Jodi Steffes and Virginia’s Mary Frances Scott share this week’s Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Week Honors.

Steffes, a sophomore right side hitter from Elwood, Illinois, averaged 4.00 kills per game, 3.56 digs per game and finished the three-match week with a .423 hitting percentage, leading Clemson to victories over Georgia State, #25 North Carolina and NC State.

Scott, a senior setter, led Virginia to victories over Wake Forest, Florida State and Duke. The Phoenix, Arizona, native averaged 13.22 assists per game, 2.22 digs per game and 0.67 service aces per game. Scott also finished the week with a .455 hitting percentage.
