2021 Outdoor Season

• Finished as the national runner-up for the men’s discus during the NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 9-12).
  •  Stona set a lifetime best in the discus by throwing 61.94m (203-2) in this meet. Stona’s throw came during the second round.
• Threw 60.73m (199-3) during the NCAA Preliminary East Region discus competition. Stona finished fourth overall.
• Placed second in the ACC for the discus during the Outdoor Championships (May 13-15) after throwing 60.58m (198-9).
• Made his outdoor debut during the FSU Relays (March 25-26), winning the discus competition with his toss of 60.87m (199-8).
  • In his series at FSU, Stona had three marks over 58 meters.
• Won the discus competition at the Florida Relays (April 3).
• Threw 58.47m (191-10) for the discus at ACU’s Oliver Jackson Twilight Invitational (April 21) to win the event.

2021 Indoor Season

• Made his season debut by contesting the men’s shot put at the Clemson Invitational (Jan. 15-16).
• At the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-27), became just the fourth man to break the 18-meter mark in Clemson history in the shot put.
• Set a personal best in the shot put at the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 12-13), throwing 17.94 meters (58-10.25).
  • Stona’s toss makes him No. 4 on Clemson’s all-time list.
• At the Clemson Invitational, Stona threw 16.88m to finish third overall.
• During the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 22-23), Stona hit 17.24m (56-6.75) in the men’s shot put.
• At the Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 29-30), Stona threw 17.41m (57-1.5) in the men’s shot put.

2019-20 Indoor Season

• Threw a personal best of 17.56m (57-7.5) in the men’s shot put at the ACC Indoor Championships to finish sixth.
  • Became No. 5 in Clemson men’s shot put history with this mark.
• Made his shot put debut with a throw of 16.24m (53-3.5) at the Clemson Opener (Dec. 7).
• Registered five, top-10 performances this season.
• Competed in the shot put in six meets during indoor freshman campaign.

2018-19 Season

• Competed in eight meets during freshman campaign
• Won six of the competitions, all while partaking in the Discus throw competition
• Qualified in the Discus for the NCAA Outdoor Championships
• Set a personal best of 61.36m (201-4) in the Discus while at the NCAA East Regional meet
• Eclipsed the 60-meter mark for the first time at the Florida Relays
• Won the NACAC U23 Discus competition.
• Did not compete indoors during the 2018-19 season.
