2021 Outdoor Season

• Opened her outdoor season at the Torrin Lawrence Memorial (April 30 – May 1), running 17:45.93 for the 5,000m.
• Set a personal best for the 5,000m at the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 13-15), crossing the line in 17:12.36 to finish 33rd.

2021 Indoor Season

• Made her debut on the track for Clemson by contesting the mile and 3k at the Orange & Purple Elite (Jan. 9).
• At the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29), Hayes ran the 3,000m in 9:51.60 to finish 30th.
• Set a personal best in the 3k at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 22-23), running 9:49.92.
• Set a personal best in the mile during the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 12-13), running 5:04.45.
• At the Bob Pollock Invitational, Hayes set a PB in the 800 meters by running 2:21.03.
• Earned victories in both the mile and 3k at the Orange & Purple Elite, running 5:08.14 and 10:06.06, respectively.
• Contested the mile and 3k for the first in her career at the Orange & Purple Elite.
• Contested the indoor 800 meters for the first time in her career at the Clemson Invitational (Jan. 15-16), running 2:21.62.

2019-20 Indoor Season Highlights

• Did not compete during this season.

Prior to Clemson

• Set a personal best in the 2km steeplechase by running 7:49.22 at the USATF Region 7 Junior Olympic Championships.
• Captured three individual victories, along with one relay win, during her senior outdoor track season.
• Finished fourth at the IHSA 3A Hoffman Estates XC Regional during the 2018 season.
• Best finish at the IHSA 3A State XC Championship came in 2016, where she finished 29th overall.
