2021 Outdoor Season

• Made his debut for Clemson by contesting the men’s javelin at the Tiger Track Classic (March 19-20).
• At the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 13-15), Cocco finished eighth overall after throwing a personal best of 63.18m (207-3).
  • At the time of competition, this served as the seventh-best mark in program history.
• During the Tennessee Challenge (May 1), Cocco threw 61.61m (202-1) to finish second overall in the competition.
• Recorded the then-No. 9 mark in Clemson history for the men’s javelin throw at the Tennessee Relays (April 9), throwing 60.93m (199-11).
  • Became the 10th man in program history to eclipse 60 meters in the event.
• At the Tiger Track Classic, Cocco finished fifth overall after throwing 58.05m (190-5).
