2021 Indoor Season
- Made her season debut by contesting the 600 meters at the Orange & Purple Elite (Jan. 9).
- Earned second-team All-American honors in the women’s 800m.
- At the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29), finished 3rd in the women’s 800m with her time of 2:03.54.
- This makes Foster No. 3 all-time at Clemson for the indoor 800m.
- Set a 600m personal best at the Orange & Purple Elite, running 1:32.15.
- At the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 12-13), Foster ran a season’s best for 800 meters with her result of 2:05.88.
- Contested the 800 meters for the first time this season at the Clemson Invitational (Jan. 15-16).
- Set a quarter-mile personal best at the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 6), running 54.14.
- Was leadoff for the Tigers’ 4x400m at the South Carolina Invitational, splitting 54.22.
2019-20 Indoor Season Highlights
Andrea Foster was named the ACC Women’s Track Performer of the Week on Jan. 22.
- 2020 NCAA Div. I Indoor Championships qualifier for the 800 meters.
- Placed second in the 800 meters at the 2020 ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29), running a personal best time of 2:04.98 in the process.
- Ranked No. 15 in the NCAA as a result of her performance at ACC’s.
- Ranks in a tie for sixth on Clemson’s all-time list for the indoor 800 meters following her performance at ACC’s.
- Was a member of the Tigers’ DMR and 4x400m relay at the ACC Championships.
- Totaled four personal bests throughout the season.
- Made season debut for the Tigers in the 600 meters at the Clemson Opener.
- Earned six, top-5 finishes throughout the season. Foster won two events during the campaign.
- Ranks No. 5 in Clemson history for the 1000 meters, following her performance of 2:50.52 at the Clemson Invitational (Jan. 11).
- Competed in seven meets for the Tigers this season, contesting the 300 meters, 400 meters, 600 meters, 800 meters, and 1000 meters throughout the season.
2018-19 Season Highlights:
- Competed for the Tigers at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 4x400m relay.
- Individually qualified for the NCAA East Regional competition in the 800m and partook in the 4x400m trials.
- Set a season’s best in the 800m at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a time 2:06.15.
- Set a personal best in the 400m at the Gamecock Invitational Outdoor with a time of 55.04.
- Earned a season’s best in the 600m at the Clemson Opener with a time of 1:34.22.
Prior to Clemson:
- Competed for Essex County College for two seasons, starting with the indoor season of 2016-17 and going through the outdoor season of 2018. Did not compete during the 2017-18 indoor season.
- Won the 2018 NJCAA Div. I Outdoor Championship in the 800 meters by running a personal best of 2:09.78.
- Placed second in the 800 meters at the 2017 NJCAA Indoor Championships.
- Placed third in the 800 meters at the 2017 NJCAA DI Outdoor Track & Field National Championships.
- Captured eight individual victories throughout the three seasons of competition.
