While we didn’t have, from the outside, spectacular results last weekend, what we wanted to see from the boats, our control, our length, our power, was there and it was encouraging. So what we’re looking at is building up steam throughout the season.
Looking forward to this weekend, we get the chance for each boat to improve and build on what they worked on this week. What we’re looking forward to is using the competition to push us to greater heights and at the same time staying internal to achieve our own goals for this week and this phase of training.
It’s a really great competitive field for our second race of the year. We’re looking forward to, in racing conditions, seeing internally how the team manages the conditions, switching lineups, and going through every part of the race weekend.
