CLEMSON, S.C. – Tiger signee Cornelius Randolph was drafted in the first round (No. 10 overall pick) by the Philadelphia Phillies on the first day of the Major League Baseball draft Monday. Randolph, an infielder from Griffin (Ga.) High School, was the lone current Tiger or signee to be drafted in the first 75 picks of the draft. Rounds 3-10 are Tuesday at 1 p.m. and rounds 11-40 are Wednesday at noon on MLB.com.
