NCAA Volleyball Tournament Begins Thursday

CLEMSON, S.C. – The first round of the 1999 NCAA Volleyball Tournament will begin Thursday at the Littlejohn Coliseum in Clemson. #17 Northern Iowa (28-0) will face Ball State (28-6) at 5 p.m., and #16 Clemson (31-2) will play host to Indiana (19-10) at 7:30 p.m.. The winners of the two matches will square off in the second round on Friday at 7 p.m.

Tickets will be available through the Clemson Ticket Office (1-800-CLEMSON) and will be sold at the gate prior to each match. Tournament passes are $6.00 for students from participating schools with ID, senior citizens and children 12 and under. Tournament passes are $10.00 for all other individuals. Individual session tickets are $5.00 for students from participating schools with ID, senior citizens and children 12 and under. Individual session tickets are $6.00 for all other individuals.

Gates open one hour prior to the first match each day (4 p.m. Thursday, 6 p.m. Friday).
