CLEMSON, S.C. β The No. 16 Clemson Tigers (17-1, 6-0) are headed to Tallahassee to take on the Florida State Seminoles (10-7, 2-4) on Friday, March 21 at the Scott Speicher Memorial Tennis Center.
The Tigers are coming off two massive conference wins as they defeated North Carolina and then-ranked No. 11 Duke as they continue to dominate through ACC play. In addition to being ranked No. 16, which is the highest team ranking for Clemson this season, the Tigers also have the No. 31 ranked doubles duo in Noa Vukadin and Max Smith. In singles, Clemson has two athletes ranked as Vukadin sits at 55th and Wissam Abderrahman is 92nd.
The Seminoles enter the match with a recent 2-4 loss to No. 1 Wake Forest. Florida Stateβs last three matches were against Top 10 teams as in addition to Wake Forest, the Seminoles battled and lost against No. 5 NC State and No. 8 Stanford.
