Clemson, S.C. – The Clemson women’s cross country team and junior Logan Morris were honored by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) earlier today for academic excellence during the past semester. The team, headed by Head Coach Vicky Pounds, earned a 3.59 GPA this past Fall semester while finishing 10th at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country competition. Morris, an industrial engineering major from Inman, S.C., was honored earlier in the day as a member of the All-ACC Women’s Cross Country Academic Team after finishing 17th at the NCAA Southeast Region meet.
