Clemson, S.C. – Logan Morris, a junior for the Clemson women’s cross country team, has earned All-Region honors after her performance at the Southeast Regional competition this past Friday. Morris finished 17th overall with a season’s best time of 20:38.6 in the 6k race. This is Morris’ second-consecutive year earning All-Region honors. Morris is now the 10th woman in program history to earn the honor twice in her career, along with being the ninth woman to earn it in consecutive campaigns.
Morris is one of 25 women from the ACC to earn All-Region honors this season. The honor caps what was an excellent season for Morris, with the junior leading the Tigers in all five races she competed in and earning her first collegiate cross country victory at the Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational.
