Clemson, SC – C.J. Spiller took home the recognition last week. All three student-athletes have earned automatic berths to compete in next month’s NCAA Championships in Fayetteville, AR.
Greeley won the pole vault competition at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet after clearing a school record 18’1″. His mark was just a quarter of an inch shy of the all-time ACC indoor record in the event. Greeley finished in first place and moved to #1 in the national rankings in the event.
Greeley also is the school record-holder in the outdoor pole vault and is a two-time All-American in the event. He was the ACC indoor champion in 2006 as a sophomore and has earned All-ACC honors in the vault both indoor and outdoor each of his three years with the school.
