Men’s Tennis Falls To USC, 5-2

LOS ANGELES, Calif. — The University of Southern California men’s tennis team defeated Clemson 5-2 on Friday night at Marks Tennis Stadium in Los Angeles. After losing all three doubles matches to the Trojans, Josh Goffi and Micah Thompson each won singles matches for the Tigers. With the loss the 32nd ranked Tigers fell to 12-6 on the year but remain 2-0 in the ACC. The 19th ranked Trojans improvd to 12-4 on the year. Clemson’s next match is against Pepperdine on Saturday afternoon in Malibu, CA.
