CLEMSON, SC – Clemson Head Coach Brad Brownell and his staff signed five players to national letters of intent in the early period last November. Read below to see what the five newest Tigers have accomplished in their senior seasons, now that all high school seasons are completed and all-state announcements have been made.

Jaron Blossomgame • F • 6-7 • 200 • Alpharetta, GA • Chattahoochee High School • McDonald’s All-America nominee • AAAA first-team all-state selection after averaging 25.8 points per game • First-team All-Metro selection by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution • First-team all-region selection • Played in the GACA All-Star Showcase, earning MVP honors for the North team • Established career Chattahoochee records for points, rebounds and blocked shots • Scored 42 points in season opener, a Chattahoochee single-game record • Scored 33 points to lead Chattahoochee to Region 7-AAAA Championship • Posted 32 points and 10 rebounds in AAAA quarterfinal loss to Southwest DeKalb

Landry Nnoko • C • 6-11 • 220 • Yaounde, Cameroon • Montverde Academy (FL) • Led team to 23-4 overall record and No. 9 final standing in ESPN’s Powerade FAB 50 boys basketball national rankings • Helped team to a berth in the ESPN Rise National High School Invitational, where it finished runner-up to Findlay Prep (NV) • Had eight points, four rebounds and two blocked shots in championship game before fouling out in the fourth quarter • Earned all-tournament honors at the Kingdom of the Sun in Ocala, FL • Earned all-tournament honors at the Montverde Academy Invitational

Jordan Roper • G • 6-0 • 165 • Columbia, SC • Irmo High School • McDonald’s All-America nominee • Led team to AAAA semifinals, where he scored 29 points in a playoff loss at Gaffney • Named first-team all-state by the South Carolina Basketball Coaches Association for second straight season • Named Region 4-AAAA Player-of-the-Year after averaging 17.1 points, 4.6 assists and 2.3 steals per game • South Carolina MVP in the Carolinas All-Star Classic after scoring game-high 26 points • Won slam dunk contest at the Carolinas All-Star Classic • Selected to play in the 2012 Capital Classic on April 21 • MVP of the Impact Sports Invitational in Spartanburg, SC • Earned all-tournament honors at the 2011 Arby’s Classic in Bristol, TN • Scored career-high 42 points in win over rival Lexington High School • Produced game-winning tip-in to lift Irmo to victory over Richland Northeast High School • Second-leading scorer in Irmo High School history with 1,698 points; only B.J.
