XENIA, OH – Clemson women’s basketball head coach Cristy McKinney will be speaking at Athletes in Action’s first Basketball Coaches Clinic on Oct. 7-8. The event, held at AIA’s World Training and Resource Center in Xenia, OH, targets coaches from any level looking for excellent programming and season-preparing stimulation.
McKinney is one of eight professionals who will share their knowledge of the game of basketball at the clinic. The others include Steve Alford, University of Iowa; Homer Drew, Valparaiso University; Dick Helm, longtime veteran NBA coach; Don Meyer, Northern State University; Sue Ramsey, Ashland University; Rick Torbett, Better Basketball (#1 teaching tape series on basketball skill development): and John White, Director of AIA’s International Center for Ethics in Sport.
