CLEMSON, SC – Larry Greenlee has been promoted in the Clemson Athletic Strength and Conditioning room as announced by Head Clemson Strength and Conditioning Coach Joey Batson Friday afternoon.
Greenlee will hold the title of Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning. He will oversee all Olympic Sports and be in charge of the Athletic Strength and Conditioning facilities. He will also assist with football’s skill position players and their speed and strength development.
“Larry has worked extremely hard the past six years,” said Batson. “He is very committed to the program at Clemson. He is very dedicated in helping all student-athletes develop and reach their full athletic potential.”
Greenlee was a three-year letterwinner on Clemson’s track and field team from 1993-95. He was a member of two NCAA National Indoor runner-up teams during his career as a Tiger. Greenlee competed in the throwing events.
He has worked in Clemson’s Strength and Conditioning room as a graduate assistant and as an assistant for the past six years.
A native of nearby Central, SC, Greenlee graduated from Clemson in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in management. He also earned his master’s degree in counseling from Clemson.
