Lakeia Stokes Named ACC Player of the Week

GREENSBORO, NC – Senior Lakeia Stokes was named ACC Player of the Week on Dec. 22, as announced by the ACC office.

Stokes led the Lady Tigers in points as Clemson defeated East Tennessee State, Youngstown State and Pittsburgh. For the week, stokes averaged 22 points, seven rebounds while shooting 32 for 49 (65%) from the floor. She also contributed to the three victories by recording five assists and more than three steals per game.

Stokes leads the Lady Tigers in scoring, averaging 19.0 points per contest. She also leads the team in assists (41), blocked shots (14) and steals(28).
