The Clemson women’s cross country team held an intrasquad competition on Saturday. Jennifer Barton, a senior from Toledo, OH, beat out 10 teammates in the 5K race by finishing the course in 18:36.64. Barton was followed by fellow senior Casey Phillips, who ran the course in 18:48.24. Ashley Robinson, one of the team’s top performers so far this season, turned in a time of 19:19.20 to place third amongst her teammates.
The Lady Tigers return to action on Monday, October 31 as the team will compete in the ACC Championships from Tallahassee, FL.
