Today, as we live in an increasingly digital world, various social media outlets including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram etc. are all available at the touch of our fingertips through our smartphones. An initiative of IPTAY is to continue to have a strong presence in this digital space. Various projects have been taken on to make it easier for either a longtime IPTAY donor, or a potential new IPTAY donor, to find information online.
The newest update for IPTAY in the digital space is the recent verification given to IPTAY for the @IPTAY_ Twitter handle. As noted on Twitter’s website: “The blue verified badge on Twitter lets people know that an account of public interest is authentic. The badge appears next to the name on an account’s profile and next to the account name in search results. It is always the same color and placed in the same location, regardless of profile or theme color customizations.”
We are excited to have been given this verification status last month by Twitter and look forward to growing our presence even more in the coming months.
