On Friday, August 18, the IPTAY Board of Directors unanimously approved a change to the IPTAY Annual Fund donation calendar. Effective immediately for IPTAY 2018, all donations for each fundraising year are now due on June 1. That is a change from the previous deadline of June 15. This change was made in an effort to ensure that IPTAY can make adjustments to any ticket and parking that is tied to an annual donation in a timely manner. The change will also help IPTAY to effectively close the books on each year FY year on June 30.
Please note those already enrolled in the IPTAY Scheduled Payment Plan or CU Payroll Deduction, that the donation schedule will remain the same for the remainder of the year to meet the end of the FY 2018 year. Going forward all enrollees in these two payment plans will be scheduled to meet this new June 1 deadline.
