Today’s Hero of the Game is George Boucher. Boucher graduated with honors with a B.S. in Agricultural Chemistry from Clemson in 1934. He was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army Reserves through the Clemson ROTC program and fought in WWII and in the Korean War. Boucher earned 14 medals and awards including the Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster and V for Valor twice. He accomplished so much more than can be listed in this announcement. He is a member of IPTAY and regularly attends Clemson football games. There is no doubt George Boucher is a true hero. At 101 years old, please welcome George Boucher.
