Clemson, S.C. — No. 24/14 Clemson (7-3, 1-3 ACC) gets a break from ACC play as they play against Radford (1-4) on Sunday, March 19 at Historic Riggs Field at 1:00 p.m. The game will be streamed live on ACCNX and live stats will be available here

Clemson last played No. 4 Boston College on Thursday, March 16 at Historic Riggs Field. After a competitive first three quarters, the Eagles pulled away with the win in the fourth quarter. Emily Lamparter started the game in the cage for Clemson with Krissy Kowalski finishing the game in goal. Emma Tilson remained consistent and led Clemson in scoring with a career high of four goals. 

The Tigers are 6-0 against non conference opponents this season. Radford will be Clemosn’s second to last non conference game before finishing the season with five ACC games. The Highlanders season high for goals scored is 14, while the Tigers season high for goals is 23. 

Radford is led by second year Head Coach Samantha Hurley and second year Assistant Coach Heather Conklin. Margaret Gleason and Ashlyn Gorgan have proven to be the Highlanders two main threats on offense. Gleason leads Radford in goals this season with 12. Meanwhile, Gorgan leads Radford in assists and total points with seven and 15 respectively

Before taking a step back to begin treatment for Breast Cancer, Coach Kwolek will be coaching as normal for Sunday’s game against Radford.
