RALEIGH, N.C. — Due to inclement weather and high winds, all Friday racing was cancelled at the Lake Wheeler Invitational. Racing will begin Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. with the 1V8+ heats. Crew will race heats in the first session and will then progress to the 3rd, petite or grand finals.

We are fired up to race this weekend especially after we had to cancel our own Invitational last weekend. I’m proud of the way we stayed calm and focused through the delays and awful weather but I know we’re itching to test ourselves to see how much faster we’ve gotten since Sarasota.
