Floyd Named District II All-American

Clemson Lady Tiger basketball player, Chrissy Floyd has been named a District II All-American as announced by the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) and The Eastman Kodak Company Friday afternoon.

Floyd is now eligible to be named to the WBCA/Kodak All-American team. Floyd finished her career with 1,937 points and is second on the Clemson career list. She was named first team All-ACC in the 2002-03 season. She became only the fourth person in ACC history to be named All-ACC for four seasons. She finished 15th on the ACC career list for most points scored with 1,937. She finished her career with 218 steals, sixth on the Clemson career list. Floyd also is the second person in Clemson history to lead her team in scoring for four seasons.

Floyd has been named a Disrict II All-American for three straight seasons.
