Clemson Fans, thanks for your passionate support throughout the year. We had a great weekend in Orlando, and fans across the nation saw again your exceptional support of our team. We’re hard at work planning for our trip to the Playstation Fiesta Bowl and want to keep you informed through the process. Below are some questions you may have and a few answers. We’ll continue to keep you up-to-date as more information is available.
Can I still order tickets?
Yes. Tickets to the 2016 Playstation Fiesta Bowl are available through the Clemson Athletic Ticket Office. To purchase tickets, please click HERE.
I requested before the deadline last Friday, when will I know if my request will be accommodated?
Within the next 24 hours, IPTAY and the ticket office will notify – via email – those who made a request regarding any ticket limits and price adjustments.
When and how will I get my tickets?
All tickets will be shipped via UPS from the ticket office no later than Dec. 14. If you have an email on file with the ticket office, you’ll receive notification once your tickets have been shipped. We do not have any digital or print at home tickets for the Fiesta Bowl.
Who is required to have a ticket to the Fiesta Bowl and/or the National Championhip?
All who plan to attend either the Fiesta Bowl or the National Championship, must have a ticket regardless of age to enter the stadium.
What should I do for parking?
Parking passes are available for purchase through the ticket office for $35. The pass will be shipped with your tickets. To purchase a parking pass, please click HERE.
Will there be official Clemson events surrounding the bowl?
Of course! Clemson Athletics, the alumni association, IPTAY and the Arizona Clemson Club are finalizing details on official gathering parties for Dec. 30 and Dec. 31. All updates will be posted HERE.
I’m a student. How can I get tickets to the Fiesta Bowl?
Students can request a ticket by logging into their account on ClemsonTigers.com. We will take requests through Friday December 9 at 4:30pm. If requests outnumber the allotment, we’ll assign tickets through a lottery with 80% going to undergraduates and 20% to graduate students (the same ratio as home games at Memorial Stadium). There’s no advantage to requesting early, but all requests must be in by the Friday, December 9 deadline.
We’ll know the allotment totals and costs by Friday afternoon. The ticket office will send an email to those who requested a ticket to the Fiesta Bowl within 24 hours upon close of the request deadline.
Are you offering any travel packages?
Yes. Clemson Sports Travel (a division of PrimeSport) is the official travel provider of Clemson Athletics, IPTAY and the Alumni Association. You can learn more about their offerings HERE.
How can I get official Clemson gear?
Visit shop.clemsontigers.com for official ACC Championship and College Football Playoff shirts, hats and more!
What’s the stadium security procedure going to be?
University of Phoenix stadium adheres to the NFL security protocol, and only clear, plastic bags will be allowed into the stadium. Please make plans to arrive early to accommodate for additional screening time.
What about the National Championship and how can I get tickets?
A limited number of tickets for the National Championship are still available for request for IPTAY 2016 donors through the Clemson Athletic Ticket Office. The request deadline is Monday, December 19 at 4:30pm. If we advance to the National Championship Game, the Clemson Athletic Ticket office will receive 19,500 tickets in our allotment. Ticket limits will be implemented utilizing IPTAY Prioirity Points, if the number of ticket requets exceeds the total allotment.
