We’re going to the College Football Playoff!!!
Clemson Fans, thanks for your passionate support throughout the year. We had over 30,000 in Memorial Stadium for yesterday’s Papa John’s Pizza Party, and fans across the nation saw again your exceptional support of our team. We’re hard at work planning for our trip to the Capital One Orange Bowl and want to keep you informed through the process. Below are some questions you may have and a few answers. We’ll continue to keep you up-to-date as more information is available.
Can I still order tickets?
The athletic ticket office received more requests than the allotted 12,500 tickets for the Orange Bowl before last Friday’s deadline. So unfortunately, if you haven’t already requested through the ticket office, you’ll need to visit the Orange Bowl site for details on their waiting list and ticket exchange.
I requested before the deadline last Friday, when will I know if my request will be accommodated?
Within the next 24 hours, IPTAY and the ticket office will notify – via email – those who made a requests regarding any ticket limits and price adjustments.
When and how will I get my tickets?
All tickets will be shipped via UPS from the ticket office no later than Dec. 18. If you have an email on file with the ticket office, you’ll receive notification once your tickets have been shipped. We do not have any digital or print at home tickets for the Orange Bowl.
What should I do for parking?
Later this week, we’ll send notification to those with tickets information on how to purchase parking passes through the ticket office for $25. The pass will be shipped with your tickets.
Will there be official Clemson events surrounding the bowl?
Of course! Clemson Athletics, the alumni association, IPTAY and local Clemson Clubs are finalizing details on official gathering parties for Dec. 30. We’ll also have a pregame tailgate and will include that information in correspondence this week.
I’m a student. How can I get tickets to the Orange Bowl?
Students can request a ticket by logging into their account on ClemsonTigers.com beginning Monday at 8 a.m. We’ll take requests through Wednesday at midnight. If requests outnumber the allotment, we’ll assign tickets through a lottery with 80% going to undergraduates and 20% to graduate students (the same ratio as home games at Memorial Stadium). Students will be notified if their request is accepted before Friday. ALL STUDENT TICKETS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE STADIUM ON GAMEDAY AND STUDENTS MUST HAVE A VALID ID. There’s no advantage to requesting early, but all requests must be in by the Wednesday night deadline.
We’ll know the allotment totals and costs by midday tomorrow and we’ll send an email to the student body within the next 24 hours.
Are you offering any travel packages?

Where are our seats?
Below is a seating map SunLife Stadium of the allotted areas for both Clemson and Oklahoma.
What about the national championship and how can I get tickets?
