Clemson Athletics suffered a tremendous loss with the passing of Amy Moxie on Aug. 28.
We would like to ask everyone keep the Moxie Family in our prayers and thoughts upon their loss of Amy and the recovery of her sister, Megan. As most know, Megan is recovering from brain surgery. This continues to be a trying time for the family.
We are very grateful for the tremendous support we have received during these early football games.
The Florida State game had extremely high television ratings with close to five million households viewing the game, which was a very significant opportunity to showcase our university and our program.
Apparently, it was well received nationally and ESPN certainly was excited about the matchup. The chart below provides the ratings and household number.
Interestingly, the Clemson-Florida State rating would have equated to the fourth highest rating relative with all of last year’s games.
