COLLEGE SPORTS Southeast
Birmingham, Ala.– COLLEGE SPORTS Southeast will provide in-depth live and highlight coverage of Clemson University athletics as well as coaches’ shows and replay highlight shows.
The agreement reached, Jan. 5, 2000, between Birmingham based Collegiate Sports Partners, Ltd., a multimedia marketing firm handling Clemson athletics, and COLLEGE SPORTS Southeast will provide highlight telecasts of every football game, selected men’s and women’s basketball games as well as other Clemson sports to major cable operators throughout the southeast.
The network will provide live coverage of various baseball games this spring and replay coverage of the spring football game along with the Tommy Bowden Clemson Football Coach’s Show and the Larry Shyatt Clemson Basketball Coach’s Show.
Doug Bell will provide play-by-play on the football highlight replay telecasts accompanied by Cecil “Hootie” Ingram.
COLLEGE SPORTS Southeast is a cable television and interactive web network totally dedicated to college sports in the Southeast. The network is to be your source for college sports concerning college athletics in a nine state area to include: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Tennessee. COLLEGE SPORTS Southeast provides live and replay telecasts of new and traditional rivalries as well as championships and original programming.
COLLEGE SPORTS Southeast programming is available to cable systems throughout the state of South Carolina. The service is free of charge at the present time.
