The Hurricanes won the most recent matchup with the Tigers by a score of 3-1 (20-25, 25-19, 26-24, 25-20) at Jervey Gym back in October. The Tigers entering Thanksgiving week having won three straight after sweeping their final two home matches of the season against Syracuse and Boston College last weekend. The return of Karis Watson has been a big part of the Tigers’ recent success. The junior has registered 31 kills and 16 over her last three matches while hitting .351 during that stretch. Mo Simmons continues her push for ACC Player of the Year honors. The senior from Buford, GA, leads the conference in kills (4.48) and points (4.91) per set overall. Her 520 kills and 1,468 attacks rank in the top-ten in school history for single-season totals. She will likely become the first Clemson player to lead the ACC in kills per set since Jeannette Abbott in 2006. Notes (in 140 characters or less):
