The Clemson women’s basketball team is participating in the NCAA’s Pink Zone promotion designed to raise money for breast cancer research. The event will be held on Thursday, February 19 at 7:00 PM as the Lady Tigers play host to Florida State. All of the money raised from the effort will be donated to the Kay Yow Foundation.
There are several ways for fans to participate. First, fans can make a pledge per free throw made by the Lady Tigers during the game. Fans can also make a flat donation to the cause. Information and sign-up sheets will be available at Guest Services inside Littlejohn Coliseum.
Upon entering the coliseum, fans can purchase a special pink ribbon to dedicate in honor of or in memory of a loved one who has fought breast cancer to be displayed inside the coliseum. Be sure to wear pink to the game on February 19 and obtain FREE admission!
