Clemson Will Play Host to The Citadel Tuesday Afternoon

CLEMSON, SC–The Clemson men’s tennis team will play host to The Citadel Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at the Hoke Sloan Tennis Center’s indoor facility on the Tigers’ campus.

Clemson is now 2-0 on the year after defeated PC and Wofford on Saturday in a double header. The Tigers are ranked 53rd nationally in the preseason ITA poll.

This will be the 49th meeting between Clemson and The Citadel on the tennis courts. Clemson lead the series 33-14-1. The two teams first met in the 1930 season.

The Tigers have five starters returning this season. Head Coach Chuck McCuen is in his third season as the head mentor of the Tigers.
