Clemson, SC – The Clemson University Athletic Department, in conjunction with Clemson Tiger Sports Properties and WSBF-FM, announced Monday afternoon that the Clemson-South Carolina women’s basketball game will be aired live on WSBF-FM, 88.1, the Clemson University student station. The game will be played on Wednesday evening in Littlejohn Coliseum with tip-off set for 7:00 PM.
WSBF-FM, 88.1, is a 3,000-watt, non-commercial student operated radio station led by program director Bobby Congdon and Chief Engineer Matt Crisler. The station has an effective listening radius of 35 air miles, covering all of Pickens and Oconee counties, as well as the city of Anderson and much of Greenville. WSBF programming can also be heard over the internet at www.wsbf.net through streaming mp3 technology.
Airtime for the Clemson-South Carolina women’s basketball game is scheduled for 6:45 PM on Wednesday, November 28th. Ed Jensen will be providing the play-by-play, while Clemson University sports information graduate assistant Louis Garmendia will supply the color analysis.
On that same Wednesday evening (November 28th), Clemson Tiger Sports Properties affiliates will begin carrying the Larry Shyatt Pre-Game show at 7:30 PM, with a tip-off scheduled for 8:00 PM as the Tigers travel to State College, PA to take on Penn State in the Annual ACC-Big Ten Challenge.
