CLEMSON, S.C. — The Clemson cross country team has its second meet of the season this Friday in Tallahassee, where 30 teams in total will compete. The Tigers look to improve upon their strong start at the Kennesaw State Opener where both the men’s and women’s team came in second.
Starring for Clemson in Kennesaw, Ga. were the freshmen. Sawyer Dagan and Fabiane Meyer were both the first Tigers to cross the finish line in their respective races. The young upstarts will look to continue to cut down their already impressive times, while more experienced runners such as Jackson Leech and Josie Wirtz will look to round into mid-season form.
