Clemson to Recognize Outstanding Football Season Saturday

CLEMSON, S.C. – Following a historic season in which the team finished with 14 wins and claimed the school’s 15th ACC Championship, Clemson will recognize the accomplishments of the 2015 football team during the men’s basketball game against Miami on Saturday.

The nine on-field assistant coaches and director of strength and conditioning Joey Batson, accompanied by trophies for wins in the Palmetto Bowl, ACC Championship Game and the Capital One Orange Bowl, will be honored at mid-court during halftime. Head coach Dabo Swinney will not be able to join the other coaches as he will be attending the Walter Camp Football Foundation National Awards Dinner. He was named the Walter Camp Coach of the Year, one of seven national coach of the year awards Swinney earned this season.

The basketball game tips off at 2 p.m. and tickets are available through the Bon Secours Wellness Arena box office and online HERE.
