Clemson To Play Host To Clemson Invitational Cross Country Meet

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson cross country teams will play host to the Clemson Invitational and South Carolina State Collegiate Championships meet Saturday on the Clemson campus. Clemson, Coastal Carolina, South Carolina (women), Winthrop and Wofford will compete in the South Carolina State Collegiate Championships race that will be run in conjunction with the Clemson Invitational. The Clemson Invitational field also includes teams from Georgia, Life, Maryland and Savannah State.

The Clemson Invitational/SC State Collegiate Championships will begin at 8:45 a.m. with the men’s 8000m race. The women’s 5000m race will begin at 9:30 a.m. The meets start/finish line will be behind Jervey Athletic Center.
