CLEMSON, SC-The Clemson Lady Tiger basketball team will play at third-ranked Duke on Friday night, (February 27) at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, NC at 7:00 p.m.
The game will be aired live on the Regional Sports Network with Beth Mowins (play-by-play) and Debbie Antonelli (color) calling the action.
The game will be aired live on Fox Sports Net South and the Sunshine Network, while being tape delayed on Comcast at 1:30 a.m.
Clemson has a 17-8 record overall, and a 7-7 mark in the ACC. Duke has a 22-3 record overall and a 13-1 mark in league play. The Blue Devils are ranked third by the Associated Press and USA Today polls. Clemson is coming off a 72-55 win over Wake Forest last Sunday afternoon in Winston-Salem, NC.
The Lady Tigers are led in scoring by Lakeia Stokes with a 16.9 ppg. average. She also leads the team in rebounding with a 7.2 rpg. mark. Stokes also leads the team in assists (94) and steals (63).
Alana Beard leads the Blue Devils in scoring (20.4 ppg.). Iciss Tillis leads Duke in rebounding with a 6.5 rpg. mark.
This will be the 58th meeting between Clemson and Duke on the basketball court. Clemson leads the overall series 32-25. Duke defeated Clemson 78-60, at Littlejohn Coliseum on February 2. Duke has won the last six games in the series.
