On Tuesday, Jan. 29, Clemson Student-Athlete Development hosted a Women Empowering (WE) event for all Tiger female student-athletes. The event brought together 150 current Clemson female student-athletes and 25 former female student-athletes from a variety of different sports and universities, all who now live in and/or work in the Clemson area.
The current and former student-athletes shared a meal and then participated in activities designed to promote connection and encouragement. The event provided a tremendous opportunity to enhance the program’s community of women and to empower the group through education.
