Clemson Set To Host South Carolina On Monday

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson women’s basketball team will play host to South Carolina Monday night at 8:05 p.m. in Littlejohn Coliseum.

Clemson will enter the game with a 3-1 record, coming off a 70-65 win over Kentucky Friday. South Carolina has a 3-0 record this season.

The Lady Tigers are led in scoring by Amirah Leonard with a 12.0 ppg. average. Erin Batth leads Clemson in rebounding with a 7.5 rpg. mark. South Carolina is led in scoring by Shaun Gortman with a 15.7 ppg. average.

Petra Ujhelyi leads the Lady Gamecocks in rebounding with a 9.7 rpg. figure.

This will be the 45th meeting between the two schools. Clemson leads the overall series 26-18. Clemson has won the last four games in the series, and six of the last eight against the Gamecocks. In games played at Clemson, the Lady Tigers hold an 18-4 lead.
